My recent gastronomic getaway at Hostal San Juan in Salobreña was an absolute pleasure. As a discerning food enthusiast, I was delighted to savor the regional tropical fruits and fresh seafood that were expertly incorporated into the traditional Spanish cuisine at the hotel's restaurant.One morning, during breakfast, I had the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing glass of orange juice made from oranges grown on Jean-Pierre's land. The tangy sweetness of the juice perfectly complemented the array of freshly baked pastries and savory delicacies laid out before me. It was a delightful start to my day, steeped in the authentic flavors of the region.For dinner, I ventured out to explore the nearby dining scene. Meson de la Villa, located just a stone's throw away, offered a warm and inviting atmosphere where I indulged in a sumptuous meal of local specialties. The exceptional seafood dishes and the rich Spanish flavors left a lasting impression on my palate. The fusion of fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and warm hospitality created a memorable dining experience that I look forward to revisiting on my next trip to Salobreña.
